Eventually, this page will highlight all of the quilts I've finished. As I have only been quilting for one year, that means 2014 holds all of my completions. As I finish quilts in 2015 and beyond, I'll move them under this tab.
Here's my first completion for 2015. It was made using Tula Pink's Acacia. I made up the pattern, trying to really showcase the fabric. I was really happy that I didn't need to square it up; I had actually completed it with all sides equal! That's a first for me! Woo hoo!
It was made for hubby's cousin who was losing her brother to brain cancer. I don't think the quilt makes up for her loss in any way but hopefully will offer her a bit of color in her sadness.
